English Watercolours exhibit a large selection of original rural landscape, coastal and marine watercolour paintings by residential professional artist Tony Cowlishaw. For online sales using secure and encrypted online sales catalogue, details of his demonstrations & workshops he gives to art societies & clubs are now included as well as a history of English Watercolour Paintings.

Tony works in oil medium and has completed fourteen portraits commissioned by the University of Nottingham including portraites of Their Graces the Duke & Duchess of Rutland and a portrait was commissioned by the University of Oxford which was exhibited at a reception at the Ashmolean Museam, Oxford in 1992.
