The Wolds Game & Country Show - held at Sledmere House, near Driffield. Now in its second year

Sledmere House offers extensive parkland in a beautiful rural area. It benefits from the nearby cities of York and Hull and the coastal towns of Scarborough and Bridlington and the popular North Yorkshire Moors Area.

The Show consists of all of Living Heritage's Show attractions, with two action packed arenas continually running throughout the day, Craft Village, Shopping Arcade, Fine Food Hall, and a Large Selection of Outdoor Trade Stands, it all combines to make an enjoyable day out.

Visit the Falconry Village, which has sucessfully been introduced to Living Heritage's Game and Country Fairs over the last two years. Sledmere will be host to the one of the largest Falconry Villages with over 80 birds on display with many expert Falconers giving flying and educational display's in the Falconry Arena throughout the day. Debbie Davenport will be on hand to give education and tuition to all that are interested

Come and "Have a Go" at the many events and attractions on offer. With everything from Archery, Clay Shooting and National Small Bore Rifle Shooting. Alternatively let your Dog do the work and enter them in the Lurcher and Terrier Show, The Gundog Multi-scurry Challenge, Fun Scurry or Fun Dog Show. All dogs can enter - From the enthusiast, or family pet there's something for every dog to enter!!
